Dillon Weekes
Executive Director, Maritime Affairs
Dillon steers the company through regulatory, technical, and maritime waters. His expertise ensures vessel procurement, port compatibility, and regional maritime compliance are aligned for safe, reliable inter-island service.
Lyston Skerritt
Executive Director, Administration
Lyston guides the company from the bridge of administration, providing strategic leadership and ensuring governance and operational frameworks keep the service running smoothly. He builds the foundation for a sustainable, Montserrat-owned ferry service. Favourite sea voyage experience: Going to Antigua on a fishing boat, after a volcanic explosion, due to the airport being closed. A small group of us were returning to university and this was the only option
Jerrette Gerald
Executive Director, Operations
Jerrette commands the operational deck, overseeing day-to-day logistics, service readiness, and passenger experience. He ensures efficiency, reliability, and responsiveness for peak travel periods and cargo operations.
