Tiered Investment and Participation Opportunities
Montserrat Ferry Services Ltd. is offering three structured participation options designed to support the establishment and sustainability of a reliable ferry service. This diversified approach also allows investors to engage at different financials levels. Each tier serves a different purpose and level of engagement, ranging from prepaid travel participation to fixed-return investment and equity ownership.
Tier 1: Prepaid Travel Participation (Community Access Investment)
Tier 1 provides an opportunity for individuals to support the ferry service through prepaid travel rather than through financial investment. Participants receive round-trip ferry tickets in exchange for an upfront contribution. This tier does not provide financial returns but some level of complementary travel.
The available participation levels are as follows:
- A contribution of USD $500 provides three (3) round-trip tickets.
- A contribution of USD $1,000 provides six (6) round-trip tickets.
- A contribution of USD $1,500 provides nine (9) round-trip tickets.
- A contribution of USD $2,000 provides twelve (12) round-trip tickets.
Your Tier 1 participation helps make the ferry service possible from day one. By purchasing prepaid travel, you secure valuable round-trip tickets for yourself while directly supporting the launch and stability of the service. Your contribution strengthens the ferry’s ability to operate reliably and consistently during its early stages, helping to ensure dependable travel for you and the wider community.
Participants should note that this tier is not an investment product and does not generate financial returns. The tickets are redeemable within the first 3 years of operations. This will be available for purchase in June 2026 until the official launch date of the vessel.
Tier 2: Fixed-Return Investment (Low-Risk, Time-Bound Return)
Tier 2 is ideal for individuals who want to grow their money steadily while keeping their capital relatively protected. It can be thought of as a high-yield, fixed-return savings option, offering a predictable return over a defined period. This tier does not provide ownership in the Company or access to dividend distributions beyond the agreed fixed return, making it a straightforward and structured way to earn a return while supporting the ferry service.
Investment amounts range from USD $2,500 to USD $4,500, available in increments of $500.
Tier 2 offers an 8 % return per year over a three-year period, providing investors with steady and predictable annual income. The 8 percent return is paid each year, and the full principal amount is repaid at the end of Year Three, giving you both consistent earnings and a defined timeline for the return of your capital. This pool operates as a crowd funding mechanism for those interested in short term returns.
Repayment of annual returns and principal is subject to the Company’s financial performance and Board approval. Tier 2 does not provide equity ownership, voting rights, or dividend participation, and while the return is structured and predictable, it is not guaranteed and depends on the overall performance of the Company. This will be available for purchase in May 2026 until the official launch date of the vessel.
Tier 3: Equity Investment (Ordinary Shares)
Tier 3 represents ownership in Montserrat Ferry Services Ltd. Investors in this tier purchase ordinary shares and participate in the long-term value of the Company.
The share offering consists of:
- 1,000 ordinary shares.
- A price of USD $5,000 per share.
Funds raised through Tier 3 will be used for:
- Company setup and working capital.
- Acquisition of a ferry vessel (estimated at approximately USD $3.0 million).
- Liquidity reserves for operations and contingencies.
Dividends will be paid annually, subject to financial performance, operational requirements, and Board approval.
The projected return on investment over the contract period is approximately 20 percent. This return is not guaranteed and will depend on actual operating performance.
